Mike works hard at getting things done, and teaches the younger crew very well. He is structured and trustworthy. He also was patient answering my questions (I always have too many..!). Brian pays great attention to detail! I was impressed by how good the tile work looks, and also how good the finishing of the decking to the landing looks like, which he did. Having tenants, the cracked steps were a big liability for me and I was very grateful that Leo acted quickly and performed the entire job in less than a week (even less time if you count some of the rainy April days that can't be worked)."
