My biggest concern with picking a company out to do the installation. Any retired HAVAC person will tell you that you can buy the best products, but if not installed right you are going to have problems. Don and Dwayne did an excellent job making sure everything was done right the first time ( no shortcuts ). Company stands behind their installations with a guarantee, that is important. I like that everything start to finish was one price, all listed on estimate before work began. I will continue you use this company for regular service and highly recommend them. He took extra time to diagnose an issue with my dryer vent that was the result of a partially disconnected pipe that required additional repairs, but prevented a situation that might have ended up causing a fire."

"I called at least 5 places who said they offered emergency service and they either said they couldn’t do it or didn’t answer the phone. We called Weatherking and the dispatcher was pleasant and said we’d hear from the tech shortly. The tech, Matthew, called within 15 minutes and was extremely professional and transparent about the “after hours” fee. He was at our house within an hour in inclement weather. Again, very professional and pleasant, although it was around 11pm on a Friday. He fixed the problem and went over and above our expectations by being quick, thorough, and explaining everything he did. He also did some additional cleaning and told us how to prevent the issue from reoccurring. Will definitely use them again. Thank you Matthew and Weatherking."

"Scheduling the appointment was the hardest part of this job.  The owner was unresponsive. It took a long time just to get the appointment scheduled.  The two installers who showed up were nice.  They were clear on the requirements to install the fans, including the need to install special converters to the wiring.  They worked quickly and efficiently ( I did pre-assemble the fans as much as I could to help save time). They were clean.  The job was done well.  I would hire them again.  I would just like the owner to work a little on his customer service skills.
