Terry, very nice guy, cleaned septic tank, replaced disintegrating concrete outflow baffle with a PVC outlet baffle  (I was surprised of the cost of those things).  The handles on the lid to the septic tank were corroded and one was broken but Terry lifted the lid off with a shovel and said that eventually it should be replaced with a riser.  Terry arrived on time and it took about an hour.
