"Our furnace and air-conditioning system in our home was almost 23 years old and this winter the furnace started having issues. I have used Sucoy and air in the past for air-conditioning repairs and I liked the way they did their work. They did a little things like making sure to put on shoe covers every time they came inside the house and making sure to tarp over clothes in the closet where the access door was for the attic. The carrier system that they installed comes with a 10 year parts warranty and a 20 year heat exchanger warranty. They also provide free maintenance for up to a year as part of the installation.
