Within a day, Trend Mechanics looked for new Unit, bought it, installed, and filed extended warranty for up to 10 years with the manufacturer. Parts and labors were also guaranteed up to 1 year. We're happy with the price and the services performed at our home. We would use them again next time. Thanks."

"Jim did a great job. He quickly assessed the problem and then took our unit with him to work on it more. When he got back to us, the fix would have cost more than it was worth. He gave us options for a new or refurbished PC. We felt the refurbished was a good deal and chose that. He came back and set that up and we are very happy with it. He then took a look at my laptop and again took it along. He tuned it up and installed a speed upgrade we wanted. Of course, we paid extra for the new unit and upgrades, but we thought the price was very fair. Jim seemed very knowledgeable and responsive. We will definitely call him again if we need any computer services."

My air conditioner’s drain lines became clogged, causing water to overflow from the drain pan in the attic and leak through my ceiling. In addition, both of my upstairs units stopped cooling. I thought it maybe because of bad communication. Now I seriously doubt how or by what standards angie's list gives out "super service award" to a provider. I regret not using the other super service award provider, though the cost is a lot higher, at least, I believe they are reliable and trustworthy.

"Instead of charging me a lot of money, the guy let me know it would be better to have someone pull out the drywall to see if there was mold.  I thought it was good service.  He could have just came out and charged me $500.00 for nothing.  I appreciated him being honest even at the detriment of losing service."
