"They put a roof on and the installation looks great. However, the shingles were supposed to be stain-resistant. I paid for an upgrade for that. In August or September, I noticed some algae or some stain growing on the roof. They sent an employee out in October to discuss a remediation plan. I'm concerned about the reliability of the product because that wasn't supposed to happen. I have sent a few emails in regards to this situation but I haven't heard back from them."

We were pleased with the roofers but it would have been nice to have had a least one person on the job at all times who could have spoken English so that I could have been asked simple things such as unlocking our gates (they instead were climbing the privacy fence each time they needed in the yard to clean up until O spotted them and unlocked the gate.) The work done looks great and 6 months later we have not had any leaks or reasons for concern. I would use them again for the roofing portion of this job only as I'm very pleased with the work and appearance of the roof."
