"I have used Home Comfort on prior occasions to service my old furnace - they had replaced the capacitors and the main blower fan but on the most recent issue, the secondary fan went out. Rather than have it repaired (and seeing the number of repairs increasing each year), I decided it was time to replace the old furnace with a new one. I got a quote from Home Comfort for a new American Standard Gas Furnace with a 95% efficiency - it was scheduled for a Saturday. The serviceman was at my house at the time scheduled and had the entire work completed in about 4-5 hours. He was helped whenever necessary by an additional helper. They took the old furnace out and disposed of it and got rid of the packing material that the new furnace came with. It has been about 2 weeks now since the furnace was replaced and I have had no issues with the new furnace at all - it was done right the first time around. I would have no hesitation recommending this company for repairs and installation of HVAC systems."

"I had a great experience with G & R Heating & Air! They handled multiple services for me, including repairing my wall heater and servicing my central A/C, and everything was done professionally and efficiently. The team was punctual, knowledgeable, and explained each step clearly."

"We signed a maint agreement for our home and a couple of rental homes we own. This was a great deal and value. The pricing calls for a discount on additional services/repairs. Work was high quality and was a good value!"

"on time, and knowledgeable the technician did the job well. Also, I had a problem changing the furnace filter. The filter was getting stuck when taking it out or installing. He repaired that too."

"After purchasing the Big Deal, I was contacted within 1 day. The appointment for the inspection was scheduled within 2 business days, the installation was done, within the week.  Not only did these Professionals install the furnace, condenser and air conditioner. They completely redid the venting of the furnace and hot water heater, moved the electrical and water lines in a more efficient route, and built a pad for the air conditioner complete with pea gravel  and substantial pad.  In my 35 plus years of ownership I have never been so happy with a contractor. Very responsive to my questions about maintenance of the units.

"I had a problem with a squirrel getting in the dryer vent that did some damage. The cleaning could not be completed until I have some repair work done. The techs were professional in their work, their contact with me and yes when I get the work done, I will not hesitate in having them again."

"Everything was great except they broke the exterior dryer vent cover. They said they would return and replace it. They never did. It never should have happened in the first place. A true professional would have removed the cover when cleaning to eliminate the possibility of damage."

"Keith from Freedom came for scheduled checkup and suggested replacing the furnace. The overall process went smoothly with good communication on the progress. Josh was very professional throughout the installation process and ensured my tenant on-site understood the basics. In addition, Josh sent Miguel the same day to ensure the humidifier was working properly."

"Jim is super nice. He started working on my computer right away and had it repaired very quickly. I was nervous about everything he was doing to it so he talked with me on the phone about it while he worked and he updated me all along on his progress. He also took the time to explain everything in detail so that I would understand what was causing the problems and how to avoid them in the future. He's not at all cocky or arrogant like some computer specialists are who think they are smarter than they really are. I like that he didn't do anything to my computer without notifying me first. I will definitely be using him again in the future!!!"
