Nick took his time and determined the problem with our furnace.  He was very thorough in his explanation.  He performed the furnace cleaning, checked to make sure the furnace was functioning properly and cleaned everything up.  The bill was for the exact amount quoted over the phone.  The service was professional, friendly, timely and there were no surprises.  We were very satisfied.

"I worked with TDH on a long-deferred routine maintenance for an older furnace and a tankless water heater. The tech was on time despite having to travel a long distance from his prior appointment, extremely professional, and superbly informative.
While he worked, I asked him all kinds of questions a homeowner might have about heating and cooling, furnaces, zoned air, best kinds of equipment, pipefitting, humidifiers - you name it. Not only did he answer everything WAY above and beyond the call of duty, he was up front and honest about all of it. I get the information I needed to make informed choices and not just scare-tactics about what would get him a quick sale (especially about my old furnace). No gimmicks.
