"We own a home-based business which relies heavily on our computers operating efficiently. We have had a service contract with another computer repair business for several years. Recently when we were having problems with our computers, we tried contacting our service contractor multiple times. He never responded. Feeling frustrated, I contacted James at North Alabama Technical Services and explained our situation. He instantly came to our rescue. He "cleaned-up" our computers and took care of all the problems we were experiencing. He went above and beyond to help us in our dire time of need. "Put in two Dead Bolt locks |Replaced a cabinet door |Put in a new Facet in the kitchen Sink |Replaced a towel rack |Removed and unplugged the upstairs sink...new drain. | |They did excellent work and did so quickly and at a fair price. One small suggestion: I would recommend that they take off wet shoes or wear covers on their shoes during the snow season and clean up a little better when the work is done. I was very impressed with their work and would definitely recommend them (I already have). I will use them again for future projects."
