Trevor was part of the team when we were finishing a kitchen remodel in 2014.  At that time we had him open a space in a wall for a future cabinet, but not cut through the wall until we knew what we wanted.  We figured out what would work best and asked him to finish the wall cut-out and smooth the sides so the new cabinet will fit.  While Trevor cut the drywall, his helper vacuumed up all the dust.  They also moved a storage unit to another room.  Trevor also answered some questions I had about a problem outside. 

They were done with everything within 40 min and no dust or drywall fragments remained.  I'm sure he will return to help with some other job in the future.

"I was visiting MPLS from a different city to help a relative who now needs assistance. With many tasks to do, and very limited time to accomplish them all, I needed a handrail installed. It quickly became apparent that I didn’t have the time to do it myself. My time in the city was rapidly coming to an end. Most importantly the handrail is secure. And it looks great. A job very well done!"

"We were very pleased with Scott (SMS Construction) and his proposed estimate for building the deck, footings, permits required, etc. His price was competitive with other contractors. He was extremely knowledgeable and very conscientious in his description of what needed to be done, and how it was to be done in our face-to-face meeting. He takes pride in his workmanship and it shows in the finished product. I believe in his integrity and follow-thru in what he proposes, executes, and finishes. The deck looks more attractive and was constructed much better than the first deck. The stairs to the deck look great and the color of the wood is also very attractive. (We used "brown treated Pine" instead of cedar.) We are pleased and satisfied that our money was well spent on this contractor and the professionalism he exemplified in the whole process. "One structure in the form of a arbor with a gate completed our fence.
     The other structure a small deck outside of the lower sliding glass doors, with a pergola added,
     gives a quiet shady respite to the yard.
      We also had Hal design and build a fountain feature added to the garden area itself.  Which gives a soft
      and flowing water sound near the small deck.
      The work overall is outstanding with a very finished look.  It was also accomplished as per estimate of
       time and cost.  They were very considerate to make the work space neat and clean each day at finish
       time.
     
       We would "highly" recommend these contractors to anyone wanting this type of excellent yard work done.

"All work performed was high quality.  Good interaction with Don Hruby, the business manager, and Will Rossbach, the project manager/carpenter.  We had Rossbach Construction design and build a new island to match our current kitchen cabinets.  When we first received the new island we determined that the roll-out drawers in the lower section were not deep enough.  Rossbach Construction had new deeper drawers made at no extra cost to us.

"Our project was difficult. It began in October with permits from the city and the demolition of our existing deck and garage and excavation for the new workshop space. We were delayed by intense Minnesota winter weather over and over again. Despite the set backs the Plumbline team showed up every morning, worked in the dark and the snow to build our beautiful new garage, workshop and deck. They did a great job of working with our existing, uneven structures to add sound new construction. Through it all Roger kept us smiling and laughing and the entire team was friendly, we enjoyed having them at our home."

"I think the finishing around the window could've been a little bit nicer. Our basement isn't really finished. It still the brick wall, cement wall.It just seems like it could've been finished off more than it was. They were quick. I didn't see a lot of debris or anything. I know sawing through cement can be messy but they seemed to be very clean and efficient. They were out here pretty quick. We checked around and they were very reasonable."

"Outstanding quality of workmanship down to every little detail. Did an amazing job remodeling our home. In fact we loved the work so much we also had pablo remodel our office space doing everything from completely gutting the interior and had them frame up 4 office spaces all the way down to the fine finishes. They worked super fast and did an amazing job. You name it pablo and his team can do it. Framing, drywall, painting, tile, hardwood floors, kitchen cabinets, countertops, installed new windows, siding and will be hiring them again in the spring to do my roof. Extremely friendly and did a great job cleaning up and couldnt be happier with the work they did especially for the price. We had estimates from 4 or 5 other contractors but Pablo's communication and expertise on everything we wanted to have done made us choose them over anyone else's. Couldnt be more proud of the work they have done for us and will be using prime time exteriors for anything we do in the future.
