"I hate cleaning grout.  I had tile cleaned and grout sealed when I moved into the house 4 years ago.  I had the tile cleaned again last year.  I don't remember the name of the company that performed the prior service.  They removed some of the color from the grout.  They must have used cleaning chemicals that were too strong.  I discussed this issue with Don from Grout Plus.  He assured me that  the cleaning solution they use would not damage the grout.  The tile and especially the grout looks much better after the cleaning from Grout Plus.  I wish I had used Grout Plus service when I first moved in to my house.  I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
