The installer from Orbit, a young man name JOHN did an outstanding job of installing, providing helpful information, and providing and extra service which required repair of a leak in the main water line coming into the house. Great job of coordinating with the American Water Company worker to manage water shut-off and turn-on. I can't thank Orbit enough for sending JOHN to install my system. Anyone receiving his services in the future is in for a treat. "Paul and associates did a terrific job. The installation went very well. The unit used was not the typical unit because our house I'd so large. Paul utilized a hot water distributor from our old hot water heater. We now have instant hot water all over the house.

"They have always fixed the problems that we've had. Frustrations? Delays? At times. We live in a flawed world. But overall, service has been professional and well done. It has always been worth the monthly fee and deductibles. If you consider that most appliances today only last five years or so, breakdowns are going to be a given. Our most recent repair will require at least two service calls and an $1800 part. That more than pays for our entire year's fees."

"Very good, almost great. The install team arrived on time, confirmed work order & started the job. In about 4.5 hrs, power was applied & we started to get heat. A quick overview of the HAVC system was given, balance paid all questions answered and there were smiles on most faces. The sales person described the operation of the new HAVC to be quieter than current system and it is. However, the term quieter was not expressed in db difference so a service tech came out and was able to discuss the issue. The whole evolution was a positive event and we will gladly refer Orbit Energy & Power LLC, as a HAVC company that I will work with again."
