"It wasn't an emergency, so I didn't want to call after hours. I went online around 8pm and scheduled an appointment online. The next morning, they texted at 7am to say a tech would be there between 8 and 10am. Then the tech (Angie) called at 7:30am and said she would be there at 8:20am. She found the problem and had the parts on-hand to fix immediately. Then she checked other components (air handler and heat pump) to make sure heat and cool modes worked properly. I was shocked and pleased how quickly they responded. I have used them in the past and will continue to do so. As a DIYer, I tend to fix most things if I have the time. When I don't have the time or the proper tools (like refrigerate), I trust Hubbs for quality service and fair pricing."

"Excellent!!! I highly recommend CARE Heating and Cooling. Starting with excellent customer service when contacting CARE to the attention and commitment to ensure the issue or problem is fixed and corrected by the tech Shane, I am extremely satisfied. Thank you Shane and CARE for a job well done!!!"

"The team arrived on time and was expert, professional, and personable. The water heater works as expected. They completed the work quickly and left the work site as clean as they found it. They were careful not to damage walls or door frames when removing and bringing in the water heaters. Recommended."

"We own a home-based business which relies heavily on our computers operating efficiently. We have had a service contract with another computer repair business for several years. Recently when we were having problems with our computers, we tried contacting our service contractor multiple times. He never responded. Feeling frustrated, I contacted James at North Alabama Technical Services and explained our situation. He instantly came to our rescue. He "cleaned-up" our computers and took care of all the problems we were experiencing. He went above and beyond to help us in our dire time of need. We would strongly recommend James and his company for computer service needs. We have now retained him on a service contract and are looking forward to working with him in the future."

"Dave has been great every time I’ve needed him. Air conditioning and furnace repairs and even small appliances. He is both courteous and competent. Highly recommend."

"Overall, this was an EXCELLENT and successful repair experience. As mentioned above, 3 Plumbing repairs for $179!(this included 2 visits & a $15 off Angie's List coupon/visit). You cannot beat the quality, service, expertise, and price. I appreciated John Saunders recommending that I go and purchase the faucet on my own and having them come back to reinstall it(appreciated the knowledge of how much a faucet would run approx.) vs. purchasing the faucet, parts, and addl. labor cost through Pipeco. This saved me additional money. I've recommended Pipeco to several friends and family and HIGHLY RECOMMEND them to all Angie's List members. I also recommended Angie's List to the Pipeco Plumber, John Saunders."

"On May 24, 2019, I replaced two 20-year-old York AC units with (two) 2-ton 13 seer Carrier units at my rental. The two technicians Brad and Kevin arrived around 10:00 AM. They removed the old units and installed the two new units. The total cost $6,174.00 including permit fees, tax, and installation. It includes a 5-yr parts & 1-year labor warranty. The technicians, Brad & Kevin were great. They were conscientious, personable and willing to answer all my questions. Unfortunately, it rained part of the day. They made sure to put down drop cloths and kept the mess to a minimum. The entire installation took approximately 9 hours. I stayed and watched the entire time so I can attest to their work ethic, expertise and honesty. The old equipment was removed by a scrapper they called. The only issue I have and it is not with the installers but the company's policy of only giving a 5-yr warranty rather than the normal 10-yr residential warranty. They considered my residential rental as commercial. But I knew this up front. So the issue for me was should I go with another company that I received a bid from but which was around $350 higher per unit to get the 10-year warranty or go with New Albany H & C? I chose the lower price over the longer warranty. New Albany H & C is part of a larger group of companies that include Pickerington H & C, Hilliard Dublin H & C, and a few others. I like the company's policies and customer service but the warranty issue does stick in my craw. I would use the company again and I would request Brad and Kevin again."

"I used Mallard last year, to service the boiler and was very happy with the job they did. They out did themselves this year. Chris came over, diagnosed the problem, got the part very quickly, returned and did the job in a couple of hours. I would recommend Mallard to anybody."
