"Two men, Jerry and Tommy, arrived on the morning of May 19, 2017 to install the system. Tommy dug a hole on one side of the house, poured a concrete foundation in said hole, and also set up metal tubing, which created a stand on which the condenser sits to protect it from runoff. Meanwhile, Jerry was inside, drilling holes through my bedroom and dining room interior and then exterior walls for the refrigerant pipes which run from the condenser to the air handlers. He mounted each air handler high up on the wall. There was also electrical work performed to connect the units to the main panel in the basement. The whole job took several hours. Both men worked quickly and efficiently. At the close of it, Jerry presented me with my remotes and instructions, and showed me the basics. I used the system for the first time just a couple of nights after installation. The first night (it was the start of a heat wave) the air from the system was cool-ish - tolerable, but not quite as comfortable as I'd hoped - but I was still uncertain about the controls so I didn't tab down the temperature. The second night I did tab down the temperature, and that's when I found out that, though the fans and vanes in both air handlers worked, the cooling mechanisms did not. Considering the amount of money I'd just spent i was more than a little upset. Visions of law suits danced in my overheated head that night. I called the next morning. Jerry came out that day and diagnosed the problem (something to do with the solenoids, or maybe it was the thermistors). In any case, he did fix it, and this time, it worked as designed, and has done so ever since. I should add that NETR offers a service contract. Despite the added expense - for me, 234.99 a year for 3 years (the annual rate is fixed for that period, plus I get a 5% discount) - it makes total sense to have this complex system undergo periodic maintenance. I will pay the total at the time of the first inspection, in 2018."

He explained my unit was in approaching its last days but he could attempt to repair it if I wished but I decided it was time to do a complete new heating & cooling system & he made it a easy process. We called a few places desperate for service and were told it would be a few weeks for most companies to make it out. Called Landrys after finding them on google. A woman called me back less than 20 minutes after first phone call and said they would be out today. Tyler came and was great. Fixed our unit and saved our life! "The install of the equipment it self was done in 2 days and very well done, however there was an issue with getting power to the thermostat. To ARS’s credit they worked as fast as possible to resolve the issue at no additional charge and once the part was installed the system worked flawlessly. Even though it did take another 5 or so days to complete I appreciate that they did not let this slip through the cracks and stayed on it until the job was done. The teams were all very knowledgeable and professional. Would recommend."
