"We use Perdido Heating & Air. I have a maintenance contract with them and they did the Fall one. It was the last check for the year of 2016. They do a good job. They were here the 18th of October 2016. It costs around $98 to $100. I would absolutely use them again. They've always done a good job. I've had them for several years and they always come when they're supposed to. They never leave any mess."

"Bought a new replacement toilet. The seal or the tank had some defect from the manufacture. Devin told me to call them once the warranty parts came in. They showed up the next day and repair it at no additional charge. Will go back to the company for any additional plumbing work."

"Repeat customers! Last week we had Andy and Brian over to install a tankless water heater and a filtration system. Our water heater exploded and we were so happy with the septic service they did, we brought them back. Now today they are here replacing ALL the pipes under our house. We couldn't be happier with their approach, honesty and hard work ethic. Next up will be two bathroom remodels. Andy and Brian are basically family now!"
