"  I am new to El Paso, purchased a home that had an old swamp cooler, that didn’t work and had not worked for years. I contacted four heating and cooling services to place bids for a complete replacement to a new modern heating and cooling system, three bids came in extremely high, and the 4th from ARRON’S Heating and Air Conditioning came in just right for my budget. Now I want to tell of my great customer service experience with the installation of my heating and cooling system, Alonzo Perez the General Manager made me feel quite at ease, and walked me through the process step-by-step, this is an employee ARRON’S should be proud to have representing their company, Alonzo did not find any of my request too big or small for him to finish to my satisfaction, I understand that Arron’s is busy this time of year, Alonzo took all the time that was needed to answer all of my question, which means a lot. This is what it means to have great customer service skills, to kindly help me as if it was not a problem. Alonzo and his crew are some of the many reason I would recommend ARRON’S over other services, their professionalism and mostly their kindness that would keep me returning for my air conditioning needs. "We had an issue with our AC unit where the power would kick on, and the air was blowing, but it was not cold. The business owner (Gilbert Overa) came out to inspect our HVAC unit himself. He confirmed that the issue was an ac coil leak and that we would need to replace that part of our HVAC system. He gave me a quote on the parts and labor that was about 75% of what another company wanted. He walked me through the issue, showed me where the leak was happening, walked me through why it couldn't just be repaired, where/when he was going to be able to find the replacement for my discontinued 11-year-old 4-ton Rheem HVAC unit, and how much replacing the coil assembly was going to cost me. Very reasonable pricing, very professional, his team came and fixed everything within 48 hours. AMAZING! Airmax is now officially my furnace, heating, cooling, air conditioning company. "So MANY businesses never call back and never communicate with their customers which is a huge turn off. I called Sunday evening and left a message. Monday morning Val called me and assured me she would find someone in my area and send them over. She called me back to let me know someone was on the way in 15-20 min and then again to let me know they were there. The technicians were so knowledgeable and fixed the problem in about 20 min. The customer service was out of this world and something you don't see too often anymore. I would definitely recommend this business and, in fact, already have. Rhe other 2 companies I called? "Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"They lacked of bit of responsiveness in regard to contacting me about delays or times they would be there. I missed 2 days of work waiting for them, the first day they didn't call to tell me they weren't going to show up because the motor they ordered was not the correct one, and the second day they overbooked a job so they arrived late in the afternoon. The repair Tech however was very nice and professional. They just need to work on their customer service skills, like letting the customer know of any delays."

"The repair n prognosis of the issue was a costly event, something that was not expected and perhaps preventable. However, Local Choice did work with me and was able to eventually repair the issue. Service and repair were a 5 n overall would have been a 5 but the cost was not as expected."
