"I went to Josh to replace my HVAC unit. He explained all the options in detail and helped me choose. He then delivered it himself, replaced it with a new one and helped me dispose of the old one. Everything went great! I highly recommend this company. Josh knows his job very well and what is important gives very fair prices. "The installer was very informative in questioning us about the type of problem we were having and explaining the causes of the problems we were having. He was helpful in telling us of the different types of replacement options. After installation, he was very adamant about checking and double checking to make sure that the replacement of the new equipment was functioning correctly. He was very pleasant to talk to and kept us informed of the work he was doing. We would recommend him to others for the type of work he does and request him for any other similar jobs that we may have."

"Jim did a great job. He quickly assessed the problem and then took our unit with him to work on it more. When he got back to us, the fix would have cost more than it was worth. He gave us options for a new or refurbished PC. We felt the refurbished was a good deal and chose that. He came back and set that up and we are very happy with it. He then took a look at my laptop and again took it along. He tuned it up and installed a speed upgrade we wanted. Of course, we paid extra for the new unit and upgrades, but we thought the price was very fair. Jim seemed very knowledgeable and responsive. We will definitely call him again if we need any computer services."
