Unfortunately, he had to wait for some parts and was delayed an hour. Once here, Mr. Brown was efficient, and after listening to me describe the problem, got to work diagnosing the problem. Next he checked the temperature control board, where he found the problem. Luckily, he had the part in his truck, which he installed and the fridge has been working great ever since. He came and picked up the hard drive on Tuesday and returned it on Saturday. Fortunately he was able to "restore" without any data loss. Very happy with outcome."
