Immediately addressed any issues, worked steadily (even through the holidays!) to resolve pressing plumbing issues, kept me well up to date, were very reasonably priced all things considered. I would absolutely use them again for any plumbing issues. I can't say enough good things about the experience overall. My house was built in the late 1800s and ad-hoc added on to over the years with varying degrees of professional work and Mac work well to fix it all. I never felt like they were having me on (as a young-ish woman owner) or upselling me on anything."

I was told the repair would be $1,500. Although hesitant, I agreed to proceed because I needed heat. The repair was completed, I paid $1,524.90, and the technician left. I later realized I had not been provided with an invoice, so I called the company directly at 781 438 4114. The person who answered the phone emailed me an invoice. The invoice listed an HVAC diagnostic fee of $69.00, followed by ?HYD 170,? with no price or itemized breakdown provided. I understand that professional services and parts can incur significant costs, it is unreasonable that the part alone could account for the entire charge without any supporting documentation. I respectfully requested a detailed breakdown of the invoice through multiple phone calls and emails; however, the responses I received were dismissive and failed "

"I was in a mess with a complete hack job that the previous homeowner had done for our tenants’ stacked washer/dryer setup. It was so bad that the installation crew wouldn’t even install the new unit. Dennis was able to come by within a day to provide an estimate, and had the work done a day or two after that. Excellent service, great communication, fair prices, and wonderful work (the new install is very crisp and clean)! I also had Dennis tune up both furnaces for our multi-family, and he was available to replace the auto-feeder on my tenants’ heater the same day the part came in. I’ll definitely be calling BNM for my plumbing needs going forward!"
