This includes from the time I called, speaking to the woman on the phone. They sent someone out the same day. TJ was incredibly knowledgeable and professional. Turns out we needed a new water heater. He got the new one and installed it same day. This guy knows his business!! I canâ t say enough about the honest, professional work we received. Mike was able to give me a quote over the phone with just a few photos (we knew it needed to be replaced due to where it was leaking from...this was an expected replacement). While other companies were charging $2500-$3000 (a $700 water heater and an hour or two of work) , Mike offered me a very fair quote and saved me a ton of money AND time. Mike was friendly and to the point with the repair. He had an apprentice Eli with him, who was very kind & playful with my toddler. "Ryan did an excellent job repairing our tub leak, so I hired him again to come out and replace a water heater and faucet. Once again he did a great job and even gave me a discount on the faucet replacement. While replacing the faucet, Ryan found that the ptrap had corroded. He took upon himself to run to Home Depot to obtain a new one, and did not charge me for it or the additional work. The water heater was a difficult replacement due to limited space, but Ryan got it done in a timely manner. As a result of this I informed Ryan that he will be the one we call for any future plumbing needs. I highly recommend him to anyone that is looking for an honest, friendly, and cost effective plumber."

"I thought it went well but took longer than I expected. Mechanic Leo bought the new tank and pipes in when he arrived. I believed Leo arrived around 7:30 pm. He completed the installation around 11:30.pm Leo went out to his truck, stayed outside for a long time, in fact, my son Vann went out to ask him what was taking so long. When he came back in, Leo told me there would be an extra $100.00 We explained that we had been quoted a price of $1,300.00.. so he said to call the i office and they would straighten everything out, That’s why I called the next day. Everything seemed okay. When I notice the water was much slower, I called to let J&S know. The person asked me a few questions and advised me to check the faucets. Well, that didn’t work and the water was not as hot as before the installation. I called again to explain to J & S what was happening. The person there told me that they didn’t have to come out, and I still owed them $100.. so that's why I called Angi So I decided to check all of the faucets and I realized that the water flow was not coming out properly from any of the faucets So this is what happened. I am just appalled that they haven’t come out or called as of this date. I need them to come out and check this out, something went wrong. We could do a FaceTime inspection that would show the flow of the water."
