Not only was Michael on time, but the scheduler called and said he could come early if it was convenient for me. <br /> Michael was very polite and professional. He asked what my concerns were and he immediately got to work to figure out what was wrong. <br /> Silly enough, it wasn't even an AC issue; it was an electrical issue and a switch needed to be replaced. He offered to fix the switch on the spot so that we didn't have to call someone else to come out and do it. We asked him several other questions about how we could cool our home more efficiently, and he addressed each question with simple responses that gave us all the information we needed.
