"A couple of months ago my father-in-law suffered a major heart attack, and unfortunately, he is now in hospice care. One of their great pleasures in life was/is their pool, especially for my mother-in-law, who even at 89, would swim her laps daily. And they both prided themselves for maintaining it themselves. Well now, with all she has had to deal with, needless to say, the pool was put on the back burner and has subsequently turned into a frog pond. I have owned and maintained my own pool for years, and I was sure I could get it back in shape for her so she could at least have that to help her through this difficult time. I live in Houston and went up to Raleigh last week hoping to get it cleaned up and stabilized for her. Although I was able to get a good start on it I was unable to finish the job, as I also discovered some problems with their sand filter that I had to address. I just could not get it all done before I had to get back. When I returned I set out to find someone there, who I felt I could trust, to finish the job. Mike was the first person to contact me after going on HomeAdvisor looking for someone. It didn't take long during that first phone call for me to feel I could trust him, and I didn't bother speaking with anyone else. My trust was not misplaced. Within four days Mike has gotten the pool cleaned up, and at a very reasonable price, especially considering all the work he did, and a number of times he's been out there. And my mother-in-law could not be more grateful. She really needed this, and Mike obviously saw how important this was to her, and came through for her with flying colors. She will be back swimming her laps in a day or two. You bet I can highly recommend Key West Poolscapes. Edit: I just received the best picture. My mother-in-law, swimming her laps again. Thank you Mike. You've brought her joy in an otherwise very difficult time."

"The company we were using for our pool maintenance was not able to service everything we needed. Aqua Haven has been able to resolve all of our issues within two calls. They do an excellent job! I will definitely recommend them and absolutely use them, again."

"I decided that I wanted a standby electric generator for my house. Not knowing anything about generators, I began looking for advice on exactly what I should purchase. After talking to several electrical contractors, Tri-City was obviously the most knowledgeable on the subject. Chad (of Tri-City) helped me choose the right generator for my situation, with no promise that I would use him to do the installation. He and his brother Jason came by here to look at my situation and didn't try to get me to commit to anything or try the old trick of "We'll knock off the charge for the estimate when we do the installation". After I had chosen a generator and had it delivered, (I got it from electricgeneratorsdirect.com), Chad and Jason came out here and built a wood-framed gravel pad, made sure it was level and attractive, then moved the generator from my garage and placed it on the pad and did all the connections that were possible before the gas company came to perform some necessary modifications. After the gas was hooked up, they returned and completed the installation. Not only did they do an outstanding job, they stayed around for a couple hours testing it to make sure it was working properly. I no longer have to think about who I will call when I need anything electrical done! These guys are head and shoulders above any other electrical contractor I was able to find!"

"I have not had the opportunity to use the services at Bluestone Pool Solutions, but I am writing because I know one of the partners very well. Ann is a very accomplished business owner with excellent business and financial skills. She shows excellent judgement and a great deal of integrity in dealing with people. I love the fact that Ann has a great deal of dedication and focus. When she says she will do something, it is done! She is one of the most trust-worthy people I know. She is warm, open-hearted and supportive. When the time comes that I am in need of support from a Pool & Spa service and repair company, I will not hesitate to call Bluestone Pool Solutions, just based on the personal quality of the owners."

"Kareem came out quickly and told me what it would cost and when he could come back. he did a great job of patching my pipes that burst in the cold we had last month, and my pool looks to be holding water well. Good honest person."

"The Choice warranty Co is a lifesaver, great fast and reliable service, we had a water heater and a washing machine malfunction in a two month interval and we were approved for repairs in both instances within 36 hours and scheduled for repairs within one day later"
