"We had an issue with sewer line back up into our finished basement. I called this company and they came out to inspect the situation and give us a quote. I was very busy at work that day and couldn't be there to meet them at the property. They said, "no problem, we'll take a look and get back to you."  They called about two hours later and explained everything to me. They sent a video so I could see what was going on and the hydro-jetted the line to clear the issue. Then we had a similar problem just this month. I called them and they encouraged me to work with Dekalb county to get the line under the sidewalk and road cleared. The video they provided helped and Dekalb came out and did the work. Not many companies will tell you that they "don't want to sound like they're turning down business, but ethically there are other issues going on here."  The bottom line is they could have shown up and provided the same service again but they knew there were other issues going on and talked me through how to talk to the county. In addition, these guys always respond in a timely manner. if you call at 9 am on Saturday, they call you back. You send an email on a weekend  at 5 pm, you get an email back or a phone call. They might be a bit more expensive than other providers but they're honest and ethical."

"I had called a different company, scheduled a pro to change the main spigot outside which was damaged & rusty. I made an appointment for 12pm-4pm and about 11pm the pro called and said he couldn't make it today & would I reschedule for Monday. I called his office and told the scheduler that he had called to try to reschedule & she offered to get another pro. I said "No, I will try another pro". "I had a plugged up kitchen sink that drained very slowly and was backing up into my dishwasher. The plumber put a snake down the pipe and it sort of unplugged it temporarily but not entirely, and it quickly plugged up again after a day or so. He said he thinks he got the plug out but I needed a new vent cap put on and then it should work properly. He wanted $600 to put on a new vent cap. I felt that was way, way over priced and declined. My son went out and bought a 50&#34; snake and he got the plug out and my sink works perfectly. I felt that since the plumber did not fix the problem I should get my money back but apparently the owner does not think so since they did not call me back to tell me I could get a refund after I called and explained the situation and said I felt I should get a refund. No, I would not recommend them to anyone."
