The work crew took great care to excavate and prepare the area, checking the slope for drainage as they progressed. "The work was performed in Trinity Presbyterian. On our flagstone walkway. The original flagstone was installed over 50 years ago in 1951. The craftsman that did the work performed excellently. Removing all of the mortar joints and replace him with new mortars. And replaced 16 damaged stones with new ones. This work restores our walkway for another years, for 50 years. We're very pleased with the outcome. "

He told us when his workers would show up and just how long the project would take. His employees always showed up on time, worked so hard, and completed the job in less time then estimated! In the blistering heat at that! I cannot stress how refreshing it is to just have people show up when they say they will! Robert came by after the job was complete to go over everything that was done and make sure we did not have any concerns or questions. The price we paid was fair and very reasonable. "Luis gave me a reasonable quote, far better than one I received from another company. We settled on a day, but later I asked to have that moved forward. He was very accommodating, and flexible. He brought a 32 foot ladder to get up to the parapets, and he and another worker patched 16 cracks, painted over them, and painted the whole top part of the parapets around the entire roof. A few days later, it rained. Was I ever glad we moved the repair up!"

"Appointment scheduled for 8:30am. Running a little late because of traffic. Called me at 8:20 to advise of delay. At that point, I knew I was dealing with professionals. Explained what he was planning on doing and how as well as the time frame within which this would happen. And he was spot on. They cleaned every single air vent (and there are quite a few), removed the face plates to clean each one. Placed huge vacuum type cleaner to my dryer duct to suck out years of debris. Also, checked the functionality of duct and went on the roof to inspect. Cleaned the chimney flue, inspected the masonry inside and inspected the mechanism on top of the flue to make sure it was still safe. Made appropriate recommendations for additional work to consider in the future. They were there for 6 hours and cleaned up and vacuumed the entire house for any soot just before leaving. I was impressed to say the least. They were very personable, very knowledgeable and very efficient. I have every intention to use this company in the future. An absolute pleasure to work with!!! Total cost - $630. + tip for excellent work."
