I worked with Tammy at AES to schedule the inspection, follow-up, etc. - a fantastic employee. Courteous, professional, and really knows her stuff when it comes to HVAC. Unfortunately, I live in a condo with a tricky indoor/outdoor HVAC set-up that ended up requiring a fairly specific indoor unit that AES did not offer, so I had to go with another company. Still I felt compelled to leave a review for AES and Tammy to highlight their professionalism and service-oriented approach. WiIll absolutely consider AES for future projects."

Nasser came to check the situation, he gave a very detailed and comprehensive overview of the situation and provided with the options I had. I decided to replace the unit, Nasser went above and beyond to find a unit delivery service but there was nothing available over the weekend so this gentleman went for unit pick up himself and finished the installation within a day from my initial call. "Appleton Campbell just did a complicated 2-day gas furnace/AC unit installation attached our home. It was, probably, the most professional and well-handled vendor experience I have ever had, particularly with some complications that occurred due to things found after the old system was removed. From the sales process to the pre-project staff to the office staff who alerted me each time the crew was heading to my home, to the on-site crew of Mike W., Danny R. and Jake A., the experience was A+. Even when the one issue was presented, they came up with a solution and I remained confident they would. They were extremely clean and neat, during and after they were done. I did getting three bids for this and they were slightly higher than the others, but I felt more comfortable and frankly, I believe I got my moneys worth as they also had to fabricate and redo a complicated return and vent line, and they also moved the gas line, refrigerant line and other conduits/poles/switches to a more convenient area than with my prior (similar but older) system. In short, I felt like the value was there. They also included a Home Savings Agreement for one year and left me with a consolidated notebook of all relevant documents. Cheapest is not always better, and with all they did, the pricing was very, very close. I've known AC for years in the community, but only used them on a couple of occasions. I've become a huge fan and will use them again (I have other systems!)."

"McCrea replaced a 20 year old HVAC system with a new Trane 4-ton XL16i condenser, XV80 furnace and new coils. The salesman, Mark, was very responsive to my request for quote changes or additional items, including financing options. He was very knowledgeable and patient through the entire process as I worked with other companies for competing quotes. As a result of Mark’s recommendations and excellent pricing, I added on a new Aprilaire 1210 filter box (including replacing a portion of the return duct work/box) and an Aprilaire 600M whole house humidifier. I was able to schedule install four days after signing the contract. The installers, Charles and Christian, arrived on time and removed the old and installed the new in about 7 hours. They provided an overview of system operation and cleaned up so well, you couldn’t tell that a significant installation had occurred. I would recommend McCrea, especially Mark, Charles, and Christian to anyone...they were professional and did an excellent job. My home is so much more comfortable with a system that will be better on the summer and winter utility bills."
