"Ryan O' Leary came to assess my home for water damage after a small flood. He was quick to respond, and able to squeeze me in for an assessment the same day. He was very personable and knowledgeable. He did a thorough inspection of my home and gave an honest review of what needed to be fixed. I highly recommend Restoration 1."

"I am very pleased with the quality work and how quickly my water damage issue resolved. They were extremely professional and knowledgeable and did a great job at keeping me up to date on the progress of the cleanup."

"Professional and punctual.  They try to sell you the ultimate waterproof package which is fine but not what I needed or could afford.
A bit of a sales pitch to get you to commit right away.  I told them I needed to get other estimates.  The followed up about a week later and sent another rep out who was committed to getting our business. He broke then the original estimate into three phases which was more affordable and met our needs better as we did not get a lot of water in our crawlspace.   Crew was efficient and cleaned up well.  They did play some loud rock music while they worked which could have been kept lower or eliminated but not a big deal.  Done quickly and system works great.  Crawl space is dry as a bone.  I would use them again and recommend them"

"Showed up according to plan. Worked quickly and efficiently. Weren't able to get all of the stains out, but did their best and explained the challenges. Recommended extra treatment for one room due to water damage but didn't try to "oversell" other services.

"For over 20 years, I have had various interactions with many businesses as a homeowner. Some were great, and some not so great, and I never commented on any of the services, but due to the fantastic service I had received from veteran restoration, I wanted to take a few minutes to share my experience. Management must have been spending time hiring the right people and training them thoroughly, as these traits have been reflected across the board. I had water damage, and the team cleaned up the damage quickly and completed the restoration project thoroughly. It is not only the detailed work they did that amazes me but their customer service. They are courteous, transparent, and communicate thoroughly. They are a great company that I recommend to any homeowner, and I will hire them in a heartbeat for any of my future home improvement projects. They are such a pleasure and pleasant to work with."

"AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."

"This is an UPDATED REVIEW. My original review was posted on 10/16/2020 with a F rating. After that, the company got in contact with my wife and I to offer the opportunity to correct our previous bad experience, they even offered a 10% discount off of the original price quoted. We accepted, made payment and services was performed on 11/19/2020. Christian and James both showed up, James personally apologized for the prior hiccups and assured we’d be satisfied. The Mold Remediation was done on 11/19 and Christian returned the next morning for some additional stain removal. We are satisfied with the service given and are even looking to rehire them to some work they recommended."
