He offered to dig the area up again and redo the piping to my satisfaction, I declined because it’ll be quite messy again. He also offered to give me some money to compensate for the inconvenience I had to go through and the dissatisfaction I felt about the work. I declined that as well since I really don’t want money. Then he offer me a 10 year warranty on the job, which I accepted. This shows that he really tries to do a good job for every one of his clients, to their satisfaction, and he stands behind every job that’s done by his crew. I appreciate his genuine, sincere efforts to try to make things right. This is a very positive part of the way he runs his business and I like to let anyone who is looking for plumber to know that. I understand that sometimes an owner of a business cannot control the outcome of the work by his employees."

"Had a nightmare of a gas pipe issue when moving into my new house. Had a pretty big drop in pressure and couldn't have my gas line turned on initially. AZ Premier Services tested all the lines, went to the store to get dye and fixed 5 small leaks in my piping system near the mainline, in the attic and all over and didn't leave until it was completely fixed. Ended up saving me $3500 by fixing the leaks instead of just caring about how much money they could get form me. Incredibly honest, hard working and professional.
