"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. "Best window cleaners ever!  They explained to me that they have a wax additive to their solution which keeps your windows cleaner longer.  It has been 6 weeks now and our windows still look just cleaned.  Three windows next to our front door seemed to have a film to them that no other window washer has been able to do anything about.  I even tried a special cleaning product myself and it did not work so I assumed it was a problem with the 40 year old  glass.  It is now gone!  Our screens that they scrubbed had not a speck of dust or dirt.  These young men are passionate about what they do and foremost want to do an excellent job and not "get in, get out".  They are extremely personable if you care to know your window washer.  I previoulsy used another A rated provider on Angies list with hundreds of reviews, and they did a good job, but no better than anyone else.  The solution Wojcik uses makes all the difference.  Windows look like new,  Their price is extremely reasonable.  We have a steeply pitched roof with incline windows on the wall which is actually roof.  Other cleaners price these much higher as skylights even though you can easily reach out and touch them inside just like any other window on a regular wall.  They are just at a slant.  Wojcik priced these as windows not skylights which is as it should be.  They are not in the ceiling!  I will continue to use them every time and highly recommend them.

"We think that it would be impossible to find painters who are more skillful, more dedicated to the customer's satisfaction, and easier to work with than the Ultimate Custom Painting team (Rick, Dan, Erik, and Rome). This was the third time that we have hired UCP to do interior work; and we did so because we had such positive experiences the first two times.  Once again we were thrilled with the outcome.  Our house was built in 1928 with large baseboards and window trim, crown mouldings, lots of nooks and crannies, and (lovely but hard to paint) textured plaster.  It is not, in other words, an easy house to paint.  On top of that, the areas that UCP painted on this visit hadn't been painted in at least 12 years; there were settlement cracks in the plaster, areas of peeling paint, and lots of prep work required.  And prep work, in our view, is what identifies the real professionals.  UCP patched plaster, scraped numerous areas where peeling had begun, sanded, primed, repatched, resanded and reprimed as needed.  For every hour that they painted they must have spent 4-5 hours in prep work.  And did I mention that they did this, to accommodate our crazy schedule, working full days from Friday through Monday (i.e., including Saturday and Sunday) on two successive weekends, arriving promptly first thing in the morning.  Indeed, this schedule added a certain complexity to cleanup (since we had, for example, to use the kitchen between visits) but they managed the juggling act with great skill and good humor.  The final results is fabulous.  Everyone who comes into the house comments on how great everything looks; and we can only smile and agree.  We still have some exterior work and a couple of interior rooms to do and there is no doubt that we will call UCP when the time comes. Highly, highly recommended!

"Everything Mike said he would do, he did. The old caulking needed removed first, and that was a lot of prep work, especially on the second story windows. We went a little over the project estimate, but that was due to the amount of prep time it took. No mess was left after the work. Communication was excellent all the way. It is both functionally sound (with a heater, fan and windows) and aesthetically pleasing (it matches the architecture of the rest of our house).
