"The tech arrived on time and inspected my home for spots that rodents can enter from. They gave us some information on locking down our food and put down some poison traps and mentioned there was a cracked and rotted door jab at our basement entrance. After about 4 weeks there were some peculiar odors around the house but the mice were still present. I decided to have a look at the door jab they had mentioned and realized the bottom of the door itself was rotted too. I did a run to home depot and replaced the door with a prehung unit. Within a day the amount of mice present dropped and a month later I felt there were no detectable rodents in the home. While the work they did didn't directly solve the issue their advice got us the result I wanted. I feel the money was well spent after this. He took his time explaining to me in colloquial terminology what was happening, not only with the intended project, but a few other things going on in our old house. He then went about working diligently replacing the drain and faucets in our tub. The work took a day and he charged far less then another quote we got from another plumber. Rob had to cut through a very thick and tough tile and cement wall to access the drain. Once the plumbing was installed, he then covered the hole with a plate which turned out to be a good option for the tub aesthetically."

Not only did they finish right on schedule, but they understood my desire to stay within budget, and never tried to pressure me to overspend or increase costs. They did not start construction until all of the materials were in hand, or in stock, which made the renovation go even smoother. I also had some plumbing issues arise (old valves that needed replacing) which they were able to replace without adding time to the schedule. Marc, Raquel, and team were great and very responsive. Raquel’s design suggestions were really helpful to me, as I wasn’t 100% sure what would look good in a small bathroom. I would definitely recommend their work!"
