They sent me an e-mail saying that it was supposed to rain the day I had my appointment and that they'd keep me updated as to whether they could come or would have to reschedule.? So that was nice.? Then they called me and said we're on our way and we should be there within thirty minutes.? They did a good job? They were professionals, there was two, and they cleaned up.? They didn't leave the gutter mess in the yard, they cleaned it up.? They washed the gutters off, so they didn't leave any debris where they had cleaned on the gutters.? All in all, that was another very good experience.? It cost $125 but I was more than happy to pay.? I would give them A's all the way.? "The technician came to assess the situation on the day I called.  He thoroughly explained everything he would be doing.  The next day he came back and cut out the soaked carpet and pad and took it outside.  He removed all the molding from around the floor.  Then he set up several fans and a dehumidifier to dry out the rest of the carpet and floor.  The equipment was left several days.  The technician returned, checked to see that everything was dried out, and packed up all the equipment.  Everything was done efficiently, thoroughly, and professionally.  We would definitely use ServPro again. <br />"

"There were many workers on the first day when they removed the old shingles.  The workers did not stand around talking but work all the time. Come to find out our house, built in 1958, did not have felt under the shingles so some of the boards were rotted.  The guys replaced the bad boards, then put architectural  shingles on the house and installed some ventilators. One of the workers forgot to seal one of the vents so we had a leak with the next rain but as soon as Langley Roofing was informed of the problem, someone came out to repair it.  A painter came by later to take care of the water stain on the ceiling. Accidents happen but it was repaired well so we are happy with the overall work.   <br /> The old deck was removed in one day and the new one went up the second day.  The old lumber was hauled off a few days later. All the work by Langley Roofing was very well done and the workers were professional at all times. <br />"

"We would like to take this opportunity to very highly recommend Hopewell Roofing, a GAF Master Elite Roofing Contractor. Our son recently had his roof replaced for hail damage so we contacted his roofing contractor, Hopewell Roofing. We had a great initial conversation with their representative James Russell. James met with us a couple days later and came prepared with a very professional brochure that contained their roofing guarantee, insurance, and other vital information. He was a very pleasant and personable young man who discussed all of the details and answered all of our questions. After checking out our roof and shooting pictures with his drone, he researched recent hail storm dates and then contacted our home insurance agent together with us in the kitchen. They scheduled a meeting at our house and James worked with the insurance agent and secured approval for our roof replacement cost minus our deductible. James then put together a very detailed proposal. No question was left unanswered and all phone calls and texts were returned very quickly. The contract proposal highlighted all of the actions that would be taken with a detailed description. Upon signing the contract the roof work was scheduled. The material and trailer was delivered when they said it would be delivered. They came the following day and started the two and half day project of working and completing only a section at a time of our large and steep 5000 sq. ft. roof in case it rained. They covered all of our bushes with canvas and even created teepees using plywood over my wife’s flowers around the house to protect them. When completed, they did a thorough cleanup of the yard that included using a large magnet to pick up any nails that had fallen. Andy Morrison, the owner of the roofing company, came the first day to meet with us. Brandon, the Project Manager, was there for the whole project and the 10 man roofing crew was led by Mario. They all worked together like a well-oiled machine. Brandon and Mario kept us updated throughout the project. They were very good about communicating and kept is informed of every step along the way. The process from beginning to end was smooth, fast, and efficient. We would very highly recommend Hopewell Roofing to our family and friends."
