"We're extremely happy with the work performed by emergency restoration services for us. All were prompt, friendly and professional In 2015 hole in our neighbor's roof (we own a townhouse) listening water to our house. They came out and perform mold and water damage remediation however they could not complete the work until our neighbor fix the roof which was several months later. Emergency restoration services was very understanding of that, left us one of their fans that we could use because every time water would come in. This went on for two or three months before we were able to complete the work. ERS took no issue with this odd situation and helped us. We highly recommend them"

They also moved my living room furnature, extra cleaned my art studio, AND they even helped me put my curtains back up because they were a bit heavy for me while they were there. They didnt have to do any of that extra stuff, but they did. They went above and beyond for me and i love them for it! I apriciated the heck out of it! We hired them after we had a broken pipe and our slab had to be broken into, and our floor needed to be replaced because of it. They were punctual, respectful, cleaned up after themselves, and made me feel very comfortable having them in our house! "Jimmy came out and was very personable. Spent 10 minutes looking at the job, and then promised a quote. I called back two weeks later and he mumbled something and promised a quote. Two weeks later and nothing. If you are too busy - just say so - don't string customers along so you have business down the road. My doorway is completely nonfunctional and I expressed a need for some speed. I really would far rather have written a review about the great work - but I am searching for a new contractor. It usually takes 4-10 weeks to get a custom door in, so now I am looking at January/February rather than December like we would have been talking if I had gotten some timely responses. I have no idea how good his work is - for those who eventually do get serviced it seems like it was acceptable. I do notice all the good reviews are WELL over a year old... he was actually a really nice guy. Hate writing these reviews - but I would hate it even more if I am waiting here because other people had the same experience and decided not to share...
