They came out and perform mold and water damage remediation however they could not complete the work until our neighbor fix the roof which was several months later. "Great. The first day was removal of the old materials and cleanup. The second day they installed the new liner, a large dehumidifier, and sealed access (from rodents). The third day an electrician came to do what we needed for the power and to install a controller on the wall. The gentlemen who did the work were punctual and polite and left no mess. Note that there is no category for "crawl space work" so I selected what seems to be the closest option."
