"My basement recently took on water during the March rains. The wall to wall carpeting and pad in the finished portion of the basement had to be removed. Having had Stephen perform some demo work and trash removal in the past, I was already comfortable with his pricing and quality of work. I called Stephen and told him I needed him asap and he was there the next morning. He worked most of the day tearing up the carpet and removing the tack strips. The carpet pad was glued down in some places which made removal more difficult. On top of that, Stephen had to work around a couch, desk, chair, refrigerator and other items. When he finished removing the carpet, I also had Stephen remove 2 futon frames & mattresses, 2 toilets, a glass shower door and some other junk I wanted out of the house. Stephen swept up after all his work and left the place clean. He called me down a couple times to make sure the work he was doing was meeting my expectations. I would highly recommend hiring Stephen for any type of demo or cleanup work. He works hard and clean and he respects your property"

"The tech was great gave me straight forward answer that confirmed what I thought the person I had come work on it damaged the unit beyond repair. So he wasn’t going to do any work on it and charge me when he couldn’t repair it or even give a good diagnosis from it. Plus he set me up to talk to someone about replacing my unit and not trying to push it told me to look around and compare. I will be using them again."

"At last, a company where Customer Service is an TRUE AND PROFESSIONAL ATTITUDE and not just a department or empty promise. After about a year and during some very heavy rain,I had an overflow from one of my upper gutters and made call to Vista expecting to be either put off with excuses or whatever. I promptly received a call back from Brian, who I believe was the owner, who arranged to come out and inspect the problem, which he did. He identified that the gutters I had on that side of my home,and the steep slant of my roof were not sufficient to deal with flow of a very heavy downpour and suggested I install a 6" gutter and gutter guards. I was expecting to get a large estimate for the replacement of the 28 feet of 6" gutters and guards . I was amazed and grateful when Brian stated that as customer/vendor gesture he would replace everything FREE OF CHARGE. How many companies today would do that?. This job has now been completed .
