"England's Plumbing was very responsive to our needs for a new water heater replacement within 2 days. Provided quotes and options to help address our needs. Very professional...protected hard wood floors and walls as they tried to maneuver a 75 gallon tank into the basement. Highly recommend! I will definitely use again if needed."

"Rob Quigley was awesome. Professional, efficient and knowledgeable. Couldn’t have had a better person to install my water heater. To HL Bowman—you better hang on to this guy! He’s an asset to your company."

"Joe and his buddy removed the old leaking water heater and installed a new Bradford White water heater and a new expansion tank. The price was super competitive and reasonable! They came on time and did a very careful job. They really paid attention to details, such as removing any debris, cleaning the water stains, and carefully adjusting the new gas pipe and water pipe. The new water heater was installed beautifully and the spot was left clean. Moreover, Joe has explained very patiently on how to do routine maintenance on the water heater to extend its life. We are extremely satisfied for their professional and good job!"

"Found this company on Angie's List and am I happy we called them. We had been using another company and has a service contract with them, but they were always too busy to do anything. We called DiBiase in the morning and a technician was at our house in the afternoon exactly on time. The technician (Chris) was extremely professional, very thorough in explaining why things weren't working and provided us a few options. We chose to repair the unit as opposed to replace it. Chris ordered the parts and was back on site as soon as the parts arrived. The price charged was exactly what was quoted, the service was completed promptly, system tested, Chris explained everything he did and the unit is working perfectly! I highly recommend this company, we have since signed a service agreement with them that includes 2 a year tune-ups for both or our systems. Great company to deal with, professional, courteous, prompt at returning calls and very thorough!"

"John arrived on time and found out was wrong with my water heater. He went and got new parts and replaced them. Works great now! Thank you for your service!"

"Installed a new water heater in less than 24 hours. 2 techs were knowledgeable and professional."

"Workmanship (Billy Pearsall) was excellent and done quickly; very courteous and professional. However based on various options quoted and online prices for the same heater model, it seems that the premium for same-day service and 6 yr warranty on the labor and miscellaneous parts was over $500! If I were to do it over again, I think I could have survived a week without hot water and would have ordered my own heater. As it was, the labor (and overhead?) would calculate out to ca. $300/hr."

"Doug arrived right away and was so helpful. Job was done in no time. Would highly recommend and will call again for any plumbing issues in the future!"

"Easy to communicate with Joe via text. He offered alternatives for the water heater installation. The price seemed fair."

"They were polite, and friendly. They installed an all new heating and airconditioning system, ran ductwork for our basement and installed a new hot water heater. They were here for 2 days, and they did a great job. We will be calling them to look at some electrical work we need fixed."
