"Climate Mechanics worked hard to make sure we had both systems replaced on the same day and before the summer heat started. Nathan provided excellent service and communication throughout the whole process, from the first visit through the install. We are very happy with our systems and are confident knowing we are working with a local company that will be there for the service and maintenance of the units."

"They’ve done such a wonderful job for me that I had them replace my furnace and give me an entire new oil tank which they had to dig up from the ground and have the soil tested and provided All the information I needed with wonderful fair budget pricing"

"

we had a leak problem and the tech came and looked over our equipment, fixed the problem and left. It cost us nothing and we have had their home heating service contracts for over 20 years.  They have NEVER ONCE not shown up or not helped and in the two furnace emergencies we had--they were here with in 1hr.

We are very happy.

"Friendly and on time! Came out on the weekend and did not charge any astronomical &after hour fees. Heck, isn't that when most plumbing fails?!?- After work or on the weekends. No one wants to pay for the unexpected repairs but I needed it done after family traffic of Thanksgiving I was very pleased at the price of equipment and the installation. I even got a military discount as the installer saw some pics in my basement."

"Jack from Martinelli’s was an absolute professional. He squeezed me in after his last scheduled stop and went above and beyond to take care of our AC problem, on a Saturday night no less, and ensured that he would follow up on Monday. He walked me through the entire diagnosis and repair, and the price he quoted was cheaper than other companies by a long shot. Highly recommend this company, and Jack specifically to anyone who needs plumbing or AC repair."

"Alliance service pros came to our house to find out why nothing was flowing from our house into my septic tank. They found that the pipe from the house to the tank was failing due improper installation when the house was built. Alliance arrived at our house before the time frame they gave me. They were up front with every charge throughout the process of identifying the source of our problem. A second truck had to be called in with extra equipment and supplies. They did not leave until our problem was solve. This company is honest, reasonable, professional and the guys are very kind. We would highly recommend this company."

"I had to replace the forced air heating furnace. The consultant, Kevin Gulrich,,explained everything clearly, offered several options and quoted the prices for all the options very clearly. The quotes were reasonable. The technicians were very professional , friendly and did the job efficiently. They took great care to keep he entire area clean and even fixed a door hinges in one of the door in my house which had nothing to do with their job. It was purely a friendly gesture which I appreciate very much. I am very satisfied and highly recommend them"

"Wry solution oriented and professional. This was not your average install as the home was historic and and installation options were limited."

"Our sales rep Matt was great. He explained everything in great detail, Install was fast, next day in fact. Work was done in about 6 hours. They kept the area clean. Purchased both heating unit and AC unit. The price was a little on the high side of the average."

"Our furnace failed on a rather cold day. We called Arctic Air Conditioning and they sent a technician the same morning. The system was ~30 year old, and we know we needed to replace. Once we confirmed that the furnace is not salvageable, they sent an advisor, Chris, to do the measurement and gave an estimate. Chris was able to arrange the installation in 2 days. The team came and completed the work as expected. The work was done in about 5 hours: removal of the old gas furnace & AC unit, installation of new units and new thermostat. They made sure we inspect their work, and showed us how the furnace works. The AC will need to be fully charged when the weather is warmer. A couple things to know is that the utility rebate is small and not worth taking into purchase decision. The Lennox thermostat works well, but the phone app does not work (rated extremely poorly on app store), so don't bother. We picked the better upgrade, which is reflected in the project cost."
