The initial communication was prompt and clear. Josh made the first visit to create a plan and proposal. He listened, measured based on what I wanted, and gave great advice where I wasn’t sure about what to do. He delivered the estimate and proposal on the spot. "Bob was outstanding. Day one he completely demolished the old chimney and removed all of the bricks and wrapped up the existing chimney flu. He returned the next day and was wrapping things up when I returned home from work. The results look perfect. So much, that a neighbor asked me for his name because he said I have the best chimney on the block now. His price was very fair from other companies, he wasn't the cheapest or the most expensive. He was very communicative via text and phone. Great experience. Plus he has a coupon on Angie's List. He was also able to match the current brick on my home."

"After an energy audit, we had at least 4 other companies give us estimates to insulate our house. It was hard to compare them all because no two companies proposed exactly the same work to be done. We went with Northcoast because George's solution to our insulation problems made the most sense and his price was in line with the other companies as well. 
The crew showed up when they said they would and worked pretty quickly. They never seriously got in our way or got too noisy even when they were working in our basement.  While they were in the vented crawl space, they discovered we had 8 open HVAC vents blowing into it.  That meant about a third of our furnace's and AC's output was essentially heating and cooling the neighborhood.  Fixing that alone must have saved us a ton of money.  When they were in the attic, they discovered some electrical wiring that was arcing.  Rather than cover it with insulation so they could finish on time, they stopped work so we could call an electrician to fix that fire hazard. That alone might have saved the whole house from burning down.
I waited years to review this company because I wanted to see if we actually saved any money on heating or air conditioning. The weather has been too different from year to year for me to draw any easy comparisons. While I am sure we are saving on our heating and AC bills,  I can't say how much we save.  
Before we had the work done, when it was 72 in the living room, it was 75 in the den, 64 in the bedrooms and 55 in the basement. where I have my office.  I needed a jacket to work at my computer. After the insulation installation, temperature variations were less than 1 degree throughout the house. The house is much more livable since we had the work done.

"We had Jason install 10 dimmable recessed lights and replace two lights in our bathroom. Jason was prompt, professional, and polite and based on that he was the only quote we sought out. Jason did the job exactly as explained... actually better, and did a good job cleaning up as well. Would definitely recommend and hire for future projects."

"Showed up on time and work was completed over the next few days  The work seems satisfactory and they worked with building superintendent as the work progressed to make sure things met code. The worker were friendly and work was reviewed with me as completed.
One minor complaint. The workers dumped their lunch trash in my garbage cans unbagged. Fortunately I have a teenage son with too much time on his hands to clean up such stuff.
