"The company installed my tankless heater a few years back and they did a fine job. A part of the installation was the descaling filter. Late last fall i could not open it to replace a cartridge so called them up to help me fix the issue. The plumber who showed up stated that he did not have the right parts. He was expecting a newer filter cartridge as they do not install what i have anymore. I expected they would look up their work records to see what i have. They DID NOT, nor asked me what i have. The plumber came back and replaced the whole filter/cartridge setup. It took him about 40 minutes. The invoice i received was for $425. I called the owner and asked why. His response was that because I "did not tell them the correct part" they had to return and i am charged for two service visits, parts and labor. I told the owner that i agree to the charge for one visit and parts + labor, but he charged me $425. I asked American Express to dispute this charge. Rip off!!!"

"Very professional, courteous, hard working company staff. Dan was unstoppable! As problems arose, he worked through them until the job was complete! He worked non-stop for 8 hours. We admire his work ethics! And thanks to Justin for coming to Dan's assistance even though he was already done for the day! We have dealt with numerous contractors in the 43 years we've lived in this house. We have never met more professional, competent , hard working & unstoppable workers as Dan & Justin! We highly recommend them to anyone. And the prices are very reasonable. Everything you could possibly want in one company!"
