"I got a new electric water heater installed and an old gas water heater removed. Pros: - gave a free estimate before service and answered all questions - arrived on time - got the job done in 4 hours as promised Cons: - final price was higher than I expected for an average water heater installation with me providing the water heater. - detailed breakdown in the bill was not provided for items I got charged. Would be nice to see the itemized list and price for each."

"This company is very good. My water heater was beginning to leak and I knew it was time for a replacement and upgrade. Ecoplumbers was able to schedule the day after my initial contact. "Originally contacted Plumb Tite on 11/30 to inspect a faulty water heater. They were able to replace the water heater the next day. During the inspection process they noticed that the internal pressure of the incoming line from the street was excessive. They were able to install a water pressure regulator at the same time as the water heater. Was very satisfied with the work done on the water heater and regulator, so I decided to have them replace the main water shut off valve on 12/27 due to it seizing up. Plumb Tite is prompt, professional and their prices are in line with the market."

"I live in Columbus, but my rental property that needed serviced was in Cincinnati. I was not able to meet a contractor for the estimate and they were willing to complete the estimate with the tenant present and then work with me over the phone and email to finalize the estimate. Several companies I contacted would not meet with my tenant to complete an estimate. I assume these companies would have used high pressure sales tactics as well."
