"I hired White Lion Painting to paint the entire interior of my home. We painted every surface including, walls, cabinets, baseboards, ceilings, doors, trim and even fireplace trim. Antonio and his guys treated my home with respect and arrived on time every day. Antonio had guys at my house on a daily basis, including Saturday, Sunday, and Memorial Day. No gaps in work days and wondering where people are. These guys work hard. His guys do quality work and only top quality products are used. They prep surfaces and cover all valuables. Ever, one of the crew leads, did a fantastic job floating my entire living room ceiling to ensure it was flat and all cracks were repaired. He shot new texture on the floated ceiling and anywhere else that needed attention. All holes, cracks, and wall imperfections are fixed. Fantastic skill. Antonio won’t leave until you’re happy. I had a few items I wanted him to look at and he didn’t hesitate to not only fix those, but find other things I didn’t even see. He has a great eye for detail and gets his guys to your property quickly to address any concerns. Antonio and his crew even returned after my whole house remodel to touch up and paint my trim that was installed after my flooring was done. "I contacted J.D. Taylor right after New Years in the first week of 2012 and in a couple of days he returned my call and made an appointment to look at the job and make an estimate. He was thorough in measurements and taking notes as we talked about what I wanted to have done. Later he sent me the estimate with bullet points that he had captured on the details. Included in the task was pouring a concrete floor into what had been a dirt floor and this was done within the confines of the structure. Sections of the wood siding that were in bad shape were replaced and repairs with bondo were done for a few areas that needed minor patching. The non-functioning garage door was replaced with an electric garage door with electronic garage key, and the door opening on the side was fitted with a standard door frame and door with lock. The paint on the outside of the garage was prepared and coated with primer and top coat. One of the details that did not get captured in the notes (and that I did not pay attention to until I did not see it at job completion) was for the addition of a workbench at the end of the garage. Mr. Taylor had his workman come out and add this the next week and only billed me $210 for this work (this is included in the $6160).
(In addition and not included in the $6160, Mr. Taylor contacted an electrical contractor he often works with and that company took care of supplying new wire for a dedicated 20 amp service from the outside house fuse box to the garage.)

Tree Work: His Arborist was very professional and removed all the trees necessary for construction. He also removed a bunch of trees that were not related but needed taken down. The chipped all of it and removed it all cleanly. Very professional.

Stump Removal: The Stump Guy was also very professional and quick, grinding down all the stumps of trees that the Arborist had cut, Professional Job.

Site Work. The Site work was performed buy the Concrete contractor. The primary issue I had with the drive and the site was drainage, The contractor made sure that there was no issue with this. I also got a gravel drive to the garage. Very knowledgeable in this regard.

Concrete: The concrete that was poured for the foundation of the garage is excellent. One of the reasons I waited over a year to write a review was that I wanted to see how everything held up. The concrete floor in the garage is smooth per my request with no stress grooves. Since it has been poured I have not found one crack. Built to my specifications. Excellent Job.

Framing: The carpenters knew what they were doing and built the garage without plans. Only thing I needed to insure that the Roof Joists were spaced properly, which they corrected after framing was complete. The garage matched the house. I had asked for Steel reinforced headers which were installed. Good Job.

Masonry: Brickwork is excellent quality, better than the house. Very Nice.

Finishing: The garage door, window and other door were installed correctly, I asked for "The largest attic door he could find" and the one installed is perfect. Paint is a dead match for the house. Brick is also a perfect match.

Price: The price was higher than I was planning to pay, but when you consider all the work that needed to be done, and the fact that I had only one person to deal with (Jess) It was worth it. Out of the three contractors I contacted, Jess was the only one that actually took his time, had his guys come out and take a look, and gave me a real price. The others were quick to pull a quote "out of their a__)

"They were very competent.  Wish they could have done better about painting the new trim pieces before they went up on the roof.  But, most roofers are in a hurry and do not always accommodate individual concerns.  They did leave some trash in my front yard - not appreciated - the first day.  But, overall, they did a very good job.  They were done within two days.  I was outside painting some f the new trim pieces, so heard them working.  They did very well and worked well together.
