"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. "After checking the reviews here, we called AAA Basement Waterproofing to inquire about a crawl space that was getting wet. We talked to Donna & she scheduled an appointment for Jeff to come out & give us an estimate. 
Jeff showed up right on time & proceeded to check out our crawl space for water damage. After he surveyed the inside & outside areas, he gave us idea's on how we could fix the problem ourselves. He pointed out several things that we could do, such as grading behind the house & redirecting  our downspouts from our eaves troughs. He told us exactly the kind of PVC pipe that we needed to run a drain from the corner of the crawl space. On top of all that, he gave us printed instructions, with a list of needed supplies, on completing the job from start to finish, saving us a lot of money. Jeff is a very honest man!
