"Chuck was the third service we had come out and give a quote; he was the only one who bothered to climb up onto our tricky-to-access roof to check the chimney. He confirmed that the roofers' work was excellent and that while eventually our cap will need to be replaced it isn't the source of the water and identified a ventilation vent as the likely source of the water. This meant no work for him to do, so we didn't hire him for a chimney job, but I would definitely hire him again to look at a chimney issue & trust that he'll give us an honest & thorough assessment."

"Bruce arrived to start the job on time and is quite methodical, with everything going in the right order. He has the tools to do ANYTHING and completely filled our 2 car garage with tools, materials, cabinets, etc. Since everything was replaced, he had to use skills on so many levels, including dry wall, insulation, flooring, electrical, plumbing, granite work, painting, heating, etc. I think he truly excels at molding/trim work and the cabinet installing. Perfection. An example of true attention to detail: Since they had to cut into our floor joists (beneath the bathroom) to accommodate new drain systems, Bruce took it upon himself to find a local metal fabricator to create steel U-shaped supports so that our floor remained as strong as before. Some people would have left that out.... He wanted things to be correct and often asked for our approval...making any changes we requested along the way. He is approachable. He had a great, professional introduction the first day we met and proposed a budget. Why we did not give Bruce all A's---and if there is any down side---it would be a rather severe minimizing of the total amount of time needed for the project. As a builder, he is hard to fault in that we did stick to our agreed budget and if he was working for weeks beyond the planned completion time...well, it was not costing us any more. I believe Bruce to be a very honest person and understand that any building project has delays. Toward the end, as another project became reality, I believe Bruce lost some focus here. That said, we are happy with our finished bathroom and make a positive recommendation. Your Designs LLC can be trusted. ((I am having trouble porting over pictures...sorry...if I can add them later, I will. For now, I can say I think it looks just as we planned...and this company delivered!))"

"They did a very good job with what turned out to be a bit more work than I thought it would.  Our wall oven had a flange around it that I'd forgotten to account for when I measured it, so they had to widen the install gap a bit in order to get the oven to fit correctly.  They also had to deal with a power cord that was slightly short which required them to reach inside the install area and complete the connection (which is a bit more difficult than simply connecting the oven then sliding it into place).  They didn't complain a bit about the extra work (which I really didn't know was going to be needed or I'd of warned them) and just set about getting the install done. <br /> Overall the work looks good and they even set the timer on our oven for us (which I thought was sort of funny, but a nice touch).   <br /> I do most of our home "renovation" work myself but there are some jobs that I just can't do by myself (like safely lifting wall ovens).  We've got a few projects coming up that are a bit out of my comfort zone (things that I question if I can do in a quality way) that I have a feeling we'll be calling these guys back to give us an estimate on. <br />"
