He went to great pains to demonstrate what was wrong and why we needed to replace our unit. We had a Britt come out the next day to estimate a new unit and what we needed. He was super friendly and detailed. Most importanly he listened to what we had to say and wanted. Two days later We had Bryce come and install a new unit. I love the fact had great communication with all of these guys along the way. Bryce went above and beyond installing our new unit. He actually reinforced the pedestal / box for our air handler and replaced all the lines and drain. Top notch work that really set Performance apart from the last company we used. "Anthony was running a bit behind but called and told us he would be here after 5 pm. He did an outstanding job communicating and figuring out a difficult diagnosis to get my system up and running. He went above and beyond by helping to wrap my refrigerant lines that were deteriorating from age, he also cleaned the condenser coils while checking the system out.
