"5+ STAR SERVICE!!! Our A/C went out at 10pm and I made one phone call to Service Star they diagnosed the issue over the phone and told me what I needed to do in order to have our unit run efficiently overnight. Our coil was leaking and unit was frozen. Since our unit was 10 years old we opted to replace the entire unit including exterior and interior with new WiFi digital thermostat. They walked us through the most energy efficient option for our home. They came out early today and installed the new unit! Talk about SERVICE! WOW! The unit was installed in under 4 hours and my house began cooling instantly. WHAT a difference this unit makes and we are super impressed with how quite it is. We are THRILLED! "Excellent work in the attic. They installed baffles to ensure the eaves had good airflow into the attic. They replaced vertical insulation around the skylight towers with radiant faces fiberglass and used new paper faced fiberglass on all interior wall surfaces. They also put mastic on the AC duct joints to ensure there were no air leaks. When they were done, they showed me pictures of the work since I was physically unable to inspect the work."
