"S&W Kitchens remodeled my kitchen over the past few months. The finished product is absolutely beautiful! The seamless coordination between Lacie Rice and Daniel, the Lead Contractor, made this project perfect! I also am grateful to the subs that were used. They were all very professional, courteous and at the end of the day, everything was cleaned up. I highly recommend S & W Kitchens to anyone looking to remodel their kitchen."

"My large outdoor patio had become cracked and the surface was rough and unsightly. In one day the crew cleaned, resurfaced and painted the patio. It looks more beautiful than when it was originally built and I have received many compliments on the workmanship. Highly recommend this company."

"Discovering Andy's company is like discovering one of the best kept secret restaurants in town. It is excellent quality and you still get personalized outstanding service. Andy met with me and we discussed a vision for the backyard. My backyard is odd and very hilly, and he had the knowledge and experience to tackle all of its problems. He drew up some designs and we discussed implementing them in a phased approach. He is the only contractor willing to discuss and even plan for a multi-year phased approach.  <br /> When his crew arrived, they were just as he promised. Hard working guys, and all permanent employees who have worked for Andy a long time. Every worker did an extra step - like one worker fixed my daughters bike chain even though he was putting away his tools at the end of a very long day. They took care of details I didn't even know about - and with the trust that was built, it made for a very pleasant project.  <br /> Regarding the reviews that mention Andy is hard to get a hold of - I didn't have this experience. I found he was easy to reach and he was responsive. I know that he gives his workers a week or so off for the winter holidays and also, he is the sole designer, estimator, and project manager for the business. If I did find Andy was busy, or couldn't answer my immediate question, he always called back right away. If you find yourself waiting to get a hold of him - consider it well worth the wait. I prefer to work with the owner of a company, especially because it is his talent and passion that keeps the company in business. Working with Andy, I get the advantage of that level of landscape architecture talent and experience and I appreciate not having to deal with a sales guy.  <br /> I am so happy with my backyard (Phase 1) and I plan to use this company again and again in the future as our backyard is transformed. <br /> <br />"

"When I first called Alex he offered me a free estimate with a project for my Outdoor Kitchen. <br /> He was there at the day and time of our appointment. <br /> Alex explain all the steps and showed me the materials I would need for my project not trying to sell me anything extra. <br /> He gave me an idea about the price but told me that he would send me an email with a design for the project and the real price what was lower than his first estimate. <br /> After i signed the contract and give them 50% for the material, Alex kept posted about the timeline for the material delivery and assembly. <br /> He was very punctual in his time frame. <br /> After my kitchen was ready I was very happy with the final result. <br /> <br />"

"<p>When we bought this 1926 Mediterranean Revival home in the Lake Eola Heights historic district of Orlando in 2012, we were aware of some possible water issues with the front corner of the house. <br /> <br /></p> <p>We initially hired Randall to convert a carport under the guest apartment in back into a garage and to screen in the porch in the back of the main house. He soon helped us discover the extent of what turned out to be major structural damage in the front of the house. Over the next 18 months, Randall, his son Eric, and their crews worked diligently to rebuild the house into what is now a beautiful, solid home in a wonderful downtown neighborhood. He shored up the foundation, rebuilt the dining room, master bedroom tower and second-floor sun-porch off of the master bedroom, finished the garage and the screened in the porch, all to our satisfaction. Toward the end of the project, Randall also refurbished and reinstalled a French-door style balcony window off of the second-floor back bedroom. </p> <p>We salvaged the original windows from the dining room and master bedroom tower during the demolition. After refurbishing them, Randall reinstalled the original windows into the newly build structures for a nice blend of old and new. </p> <p>This renovation was expensive, but we believe it was absolutely necessary in order to save a wonderful home in one of Orlando's beautiful historic districts. We are grateful to have had Randall there as an honest and hardworking contractor to help us through every step. We would highly recommend him for your general contracting needs. </p> <p>Respectfully, </p> <p><br />Ryan Burri and Fumiko Coppard</p> <br />"

"Sergio and his crew went above and beyond our expectations. Our new paver driveway including a new walkway greatly improved the curb appeal of our home. Our back hardscape includes a firepit and a summer kitchen with granite countertops. Sergio installed 2 french drains and a small sitting wall around our outdoor area. We were not sure our budget would include the wonderful additions but Sergio was very reasonable. The crew did an amazing job with the installation. Sergio had great ideas for enhancing the space. We are very happy with the product and will definitely use his services for future jobs!"

"The job went very well. I was concerned about all the water, electric and telephone lines underground in the area of grass where the dog and quot;patioand quot; was to go. Because I was concerned, they hand dug up this area initially to be sure they wouldn't hit any of the lines. <br /> The job turned out ever nicer than I expected and my neighbors (and some joggers I don't know who run by our street on occasion) all commented on how great they thought it looked. One neighbor even asked me for Brice's number and talked with him about some work on his driveway. <br /> I would definitely use him again. He does good work and puts a lot of care into the whole process, even bringing you samples of the pavers he will use so you can be sure the color is what you have in mind. <br />"

"From the beginning, it was a wonderful experience. Sarah, the designer whom I first met with, was amazing. I knew this company was the one from our first meeting. She was warm and friendly and she had great ideas on designing my kitchen. She was able to incorporate everything that I asked for. And she was very easy to work with, from designing, choosing colors and hardware. When the job started, the workers were always on time and cleaned up their mess. They also were here every day until the job was finished. I liked their work so much, I had them do my bathroom vanity and mirror frame. You will not find a better company to work with."

FAQs for outdoor kitchen building service projects in Clermont, FL

Building your own pizza oven can be a cost-effective option if you already possess the necessary firebricks or materials and have the skills to complete the project. When you have the required supplies on hand, you save on material costs and labor fees. However, if you need to source every component, a pre-made kit may not deliver the same savings.

Fire bricks are engineered to withstand the high temperatures generated inside a pizza oven, protecting the structure from cracking or spalling. Standard bricks can fail under intense heat, potentially damaging the oven and creating safety risks. By using true fire-rated bricks, homeowners maintain consistent cooking temperatures, preserve the oven’s structural integrity, and reduce the likelihood of costly repairs. The modest increase in material cost is offset by longer service life and safer operation.

An optimal pizza oven installation positions the opening exactly between 36 and 48 inches above the ground to guarantee clear visibility and safe, comfortable access. This height optimizes heat distribution and ergonomic use. In addition, dome height can vary: shorter domes produce the signature soft, charred crust of Neapolitan pies, whereas taller domes are ideal for generating the robust baking environment required for New York–style pizzas.
