"We have lived in our now 108 year-old house in the Silver Spring, Maryland(MD), 20905 for 20 years. We met Sucoy first-thing when he came to give us a quote. A real people-person with obvious pride in his family and the business they run. He assessed our situation and recommended a creative solution to our problem. The upstairs work posed unexpected challenges, but his crew was committed to getting it done and getting it done right. He brought in a contractor and an electrician (both named Clarence) and a installation crew (both named Juan) that were all delightful and obviously skilled. Everyone bent over backwards to make accommodations to our schedules, at their own expense. They were regularly on the phone to each other coordinating the work - a real team. For the first week after the installation we wandered around the house marveling at the even temperature and the quiet operation of the equipment. The experience was entirely positive. It was a pleasure to do business with Su-Coy Heating A/C & Duct Cleaning."

He had a replacement on hand, though the issue was the fan as well. Travis made sure to keep me informed of parts availability (fan vendor closed on weekends), and text me updates. If his arrival time changed, he made sure to let me know. The new fan is more powerful, to provide better cooling. He noticed my refrigerant pressure was low as well, and made sure to fill it up. Travis was friendly and easy to talk to. His price was very reasonable, including all parts and multiple hours of labor over two days. My system is working well and cooling better than before. "You should hire these guys. The little project today was minor - but we had them do a much bigger job when our basement was all moldy from a slow seep in the wall. They were thorough, professional, very reasonably priced and Kurt answered our many questions with patience and clearly lots of knowledge. The cost for that job was $1,500 and included a bunch of demo work including walls and carpet and a bunch of stuff we had stored there. They set up barriers for the area, hauled all that stuff away, treated the mold and put encapsulant on all surfaces to keep it from ever coming back. I can't recommend them more highly. Who comes in and sees a smallish problem and just fixes it for no charge? Call them and if they can't get to you right away, WAIT.

"I called in the morning to see if they could get me in for a brake job that day and they said yes, when I got there I asked if they had time could they take care of the 100k service and a few items I wanted to check and replace if needed if they had time.   They said they would call me with an estimate on the brakes and offer some options on the other services I requested.  They called me 30 minutes after dropping it off saying the brakes still had 40% left.  The whole reason I thought it needed brakes was the dealership had told me in January during an oil change that they needed replacing, the serpentine belt needed replacing,and so on.  I skipped doing the brakes and did all items on the 100k mi service and looked at some other wear items.  In the end I did the required service at 100k, transmission, transfer case, front and rear differential fluid flushes and change.  The list of things I had concerns about and like to replace just due to age, they inspected and did not recommend replacing at this time.  I have always gotten my service done at the dealership for all my cars, this experience along with the reviews here that led me to contact them in the first place changed that.
