"Contacted Dan Dugan for an estimate on a new installation. Old unit had been running with bandaids for a couple years and was beyond its life expectancy.
While I was sticker shocked at the price, I found out these heat pump systems are much more complex than a standard gas furnace. I also price compared and found this price to be within the customary range with installation.
 Dugan (Bryant) offers a hard to beat 60 mo. Zero % interest financing through wells fargo Bank. Why use my own money?
Installation went down without a hitch. While this was my sons home, I sort of managed the project as he works a lot of hours. He basically let the installers in and do their thing while he went to work, so no inconvenience on either of our parts.
Installers were in and out same day, left no mess and everything runs great!

"I don't normally like to give 5 star reviews, not because they're not possible, but because I feel like most people just spam the 5 star button and don't give reasonable explanations to fit the rating. In this case though it really was 5 star service. Nathaniel was our HVAC Technician and he did an excellent job explaining everything he was working through and looking at when diagnosing our central AC system and inspecting and cleaning the indoor and outdoor units. The appointment ended with my wife and I both very much more knowledgeable than we started out at, about both AC systems and the various parts and processes in general, and our own system's status (A lot of that information was not made very clear to us when we purchased the house a year ago). I now feel I have a good idea of how well our current system is performing and am better prepared to make the right decisions going forward about what parts may need replaced, when, for how much, etc. Not only was he very informative, but he obviously did good work on our system as it's running much more efficiently now that he's tuned it up and replaced a couple items that were in need of replacement. Overall, very helpful and very happy with the service Nathaniel provided. Will be using One Hour again come winter time for furnace checks."

"This is the second year I?ve had them out to my kids house. My son is special needs my daughter is 19 and works three jobs to help their mom who isn?t in the greatest health so AC is important for her as well as the kids who sleep upstairs. Tammy got someone out right away Caleb showed up within hours while I was on the phone. There was no high pressure sales and we are good for another yr, Bless God! Tammy even signed my ex up on a service plan to look after the aging equipment. Couldn?t be happier!!! Referred another person a friend in Broad Ripple; She just had surgery and is ready to replace. "My heat pump/AC unit stopped working mid morning the day I was going to leave on vacation. I called Bassett to see if by chance someone could make it out that day, or at least I could get on their schedule right when I returned. She checked with one of their service crew to see if he could swing by my house right after he was done with his current client. He was there within 45 minutes and had made the repair within 30 minutes. Now that is what I call great service!!!"
