"I've never owned a swamp cooler before, so I took advantage of Route 66's outstanding deal to get this barely understood beast sitting on my roof up and running. Cameron came out, cleaned up the machine (which involved a prodigious amount of calcium buildup and rust), hooked up tubes, ran tests, and made sure everything was working. So far, so expected, so good. But what really made the difference was the time Cameron spent answering my numerous questions, patiently explaining newbie stuff--not only on how the machine worked, but things I needed to do to make sure it kept on working. It felt like an apprentice training session, and was exactly what I needed. I cannot possible recommend Route 66 more.
