From Angi's referrals, we called Full Swing Plumbing who arranged for Nick, one of their plumbers, to come to our house that same afternoon. Full Swing waived the dispatch fee. Nick used his endoscope camera to see the extent of the problem. (They had a coupon on their site which offered this one-time, free service.) After a couple hours, they were able to identify the problem, present a few solutions, as well as a final estimate before they left that day. "They are local in Dorchester and they are professional and offer quality services. You'll pay, however. They charge me $54 per month for the service contract, which is $648 annually. That includes one furnace tune up in fall, 1 A/C check in spring, and 1 hot water heater tune up (hot water is tankless and most companies won't do it). They also offer contract customers 10% off plumbing, with priority service and 24 hour service. That's good. However, you'll have to WAIT for your annual appointments. It's January and I'm still waiting for my fall tune up, because they were fully booked through Xmas, exempting mid-day appointments I'd have had to miss work for. That's a downside. Otherwise, their admins are the best and they offer a good, quality service - price is high though!"
