"I had purchased a new HVAC for installation in my home. There were challenges to getting the cooling unit to function as well as running new wire. The job took several visits to trouble shoot and complete. The service staff, Ian Bryan, and Will were cordial and professional throughout the process. And the manager, Eric, was assertive in contacting me and trying to schedule a final service appointment to get the issues resolved so the system would function properly. This company is definitely motivated and intentional to keep customers happy and satisfied. They are tidy and clean up afterwards. I would use this company again based on K&K's bottom line of doing the right thing when there are complications."

"Matt is reliable, responsive, and did a great job at a great price for exceptional service! I would not hesitate to recommend or use him again, but hopefully not on my roof!"

Hello! I am a 25 year old father who has some extra time on his hands often and doesn’t mind helping you out with your housework!

"Great communication with representative, Pete. He was friendly and professional. No pressure when looking at our 23-year old furnace. Gave options and we went with the repair. He went and got the parts needed, returned, & repaired our unit within the time he specified. Happy for now with the service."

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"New Image has serviced my furnace and central air conditioning unit for two years. Very reliable.

The technician Nick, was on time and very polite and professional.  He asked me if I had any problems with my furnace.  I told him about a problem with the humidifier.  He told me of a simple fix for the problem. I was very grateful. He did not try and sell me something I really did not need. I appreciate his honesty.

Nick checked my central air unit and told me everything was fine.

I will continue to use New Image because of the great customer service I have experienced from those I talk to in the office and the technicians that come to my home."

"This type of service is one where you trust the technician. I didn't visibly see work done."

"Stephen was able to come out within two hours of our call to look at our air conditioner. He quickly diagnosed the problem and set to work. He found the most cost effective solution and charged a fair price. He didn't try to sell me on a new air conditioner or services I didn't need. Our house is now cool again, four hours after we first called. I would absolutely use again. A great experience!"

"Jason was great to work with from start to finish he also recomended a company to repair the holes in the ceilings where they had to work and they did an excellent job with the patchwork i could not even tell there were any holes there"

"Cleaned 18 furnace ducts and 8 return ducts in 2 hours. Service people were clean, efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. They called ahead to confirm the appointment and showed up on time. The work was carefully done with no damage to the register plates. The cleanup was average but not great. They removed a lot of dirt from the ducts. The price included a $65 reduction special.
