"Just had our AC go out and Randy came to the rescue again. My system developed a leak and being 17 years old necessitated a new unit. Randy never pushed me to replace it immediately like 90% of most service would have done. He recharged it and said it would probably last a year or two, but I did not want to take a chance of it going out again with the medical condition of my wife... Having a downdraft furnace made things a lot more difficult. The new SEER ratings made the new coil larger resulting in having to take out the whole system, furnace and coil. After calling every supplier he could find, with no correct size replacement to be had, the big job began. Randy and his great helper Alex assured me that we would have air tonight even if the job was not 100% complete. This was a great relief as my wife suffers from a form of Pulmonary Fibrosis. The job did get finished the same day thankfully. If you want a great job and nice honest installers, A and M Engineering LLC should be your 1st choice. Thanks again Randy and Alex."
