"Excellent customer service. HVAC installers were great, showed up on time. Dave and Allen answered my many questions during the install. I Interviewed several local HVAC companies before deciding on Beltway. Highly recommend"

"Exceptional Service from JW Home Improvement – A Review Worth Writing Let me start by saying I hate writing reviews, but after the service I just received, I felt absolutely compelled to share my experience. A few days ago, that dreaded moment happened. Our garbage disposal finally gave out. With four daughters, a wife, plenty of spoons, and after years of loyal service, it had officially met its match. I had tried finding quality and trustworthy people and did what anyone would do—asked family and friends. That’s when I remembered JW Home Improvement doing my parents’ deck. They had nothing but great things to say about the experience, so I gave JW a call. After a few frustrating calls with unreliable handymen, I called JW Home Improvement and spoke with James Hinton, who promptly scheduled Jesse and Josh to come assess the situation. Thank God I did. Jesse Wertjes and Josh Metz came out, assessed the situation, and gave me three different options at varying price points. That level of transparency and choice immediately built my trust. With a full family in the house, I opted for the Cadillac of disposals, one that can apparently grind chicken bones, which feels like a necessary feature at this point. From there, Angela Redd, the project coordinator, called to schedule the installation. When our appointment day arrived, so did a snowstorm. Impressively, Angela let me know the tech was still willing to make the call. I chose to reschedule because I didn’t want anyone driving in those conditions, but the dedication spoke volumes. On the rescheduled day, Weldon Harris, the office manager, personally called me in the morning to update me that the technician, Fernando, was running a little behind due to another job taking longer. I didn’t mind at all because the communication was spot on, which to me is one of the most important aspects of good service. When Fernando arrived, he introduced himself and immediately got to work. Everything was smooth until we realized the manufacturer had provided the wrong power cord. Instead of cutting corners, Fernando ran out to Home Depot to get a heavier-duty replacement. That kind of attention to detail blew me away. And the service didn’t stop there. Janice Chuck in billing made the payment process seamless, taking care of everything right away. Later, Luis Molina even followed up to ensure the entire process had gone smoothly and asked if I’d be willing to leave a review. Absolutely. This was my first time using JW Home Improvement, but it definitely won’t be my last. I’m already scheduling an estimate with them for a bathroom remodel and kitchen cabinet revamp. If this is how well they handle a garbage disposal install, I can only imagine how smooth my remodels will go. JW Home Improvement isn’t the cheapest company I spoke to, and I didn’t pick the cheapest option, but I got exactly what I paid for. Top-tier service, communication, and quality workmanship. Highly recommend. Sincerely, Chris McCormick"

"The installation of my Ecobee thermostat was completed on Saturday by Stiffler Electric Service. David did a great job. I will certainly use Stiffler again."

"The replacement a/c & heating unit was installed timely, professionally, & with care about my home & carpeting. We have used Horizon Services many time & have recommended them to our family & friends."

"All done well. Final seal on rhe deck took a while to get done (rain/wet surface delayed it). Phone contacts with road crews were the issue: did not alert us of a cancellation on a wet day they were to seal the deck, then showed up on a later date without warning or a doorbell ring when they did decide to do it. Good, hard, thorough workers, to be sure, and the office-staff phone contacts were all very responsive."

"On my way out the door to work I noticed that the carpet in our basement was wet. I initially called Vincent to have him come out and repair/ replace the water heater based upon the water I could see. This was my first Home Advisor hire and I must say Vince you are everything most homeowners want in a repair technician. Vince arrived on time( called first), quickly diagnosed the true issue( not the water heater , but the AC catch and a clogged drainage pipe from AC. I felt he was professional, thorough, and trustworthy. I did not feel he was trying to sell me any repair I did not need. I wish he did repairs for more than HVAC because I would absolutely hire him with full confidence. If you are looking for someone who is honest, polite, professional, and skilled at his job.. this is your guy!! There is no panic or worry with this guy in your house! True gentleman. Calm. Knowledgeable. Need I say more?"

"Leonardo did an excellent job relocating our thermostat, and his price was very competitive! Definitely recommend!"

"The movers were great! They were courteous, professional and very efficient. However, their dispatcher called me earlier and said they will be 2 hours early, causing me to run around and panic, then in fact they were 2 or 3 hours late (from the original time). TO make up for it though, they sent in an extra person to help with the move. I would probably use their services again (Especially with such a great price)
